8888pg Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

Use of the 8888pg platform is conditional on full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By clicking "Create Account", making a deposit, or using any platform feature — whether betting on the Brasileirão Série A, playing a slot, joining a live blackjack table, or any other available service — you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms as currently in effect.

Acceptance is binding and carries the same legal weight as an electronic signature for the purposes set out in Brazilian law, including the Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12.965/2014) and the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990).

8888pg reserves the right to update these terms periodically. Whenever a material change is made, users will be notified at least 7 days in advance by email and through a notice in the account dashboard. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To create an account and use 8888pg's services, the user must:

• Be at least 18 years of age years of age or older on the date of registration;
• Be resident in Brazil and hold a valid, active CPF (Cadastro de Pessoa Física) registered with the Receita Federal;
• Not be listed on any voluntary self-exclusion list for Sports Betting or gambling;
• Have full legal capacity under the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10.406/2002);
• Not be an employee, service provider, partner, or direct family member of any 8888pg staff member.

8888pg may request proof of identity and residence at any time. The verification process (KYC – Know Your Customer) may include: submitting a photo of a government-issued ID (RG or CNH), a recent proof of address (within the last 3 months), and a selfie with the document. Withdrawals above R$ 2,000.00 require full identity verification before the first release.

Registration by users under 18 is strictly prohibited. If underage use is identified, the account will be closed immediately, balances will be frozen, and the case may be reported to the relevant authorities.

3.1 One Account per Person

Each user may hold only one active account on 8888pg. Registering duplicate accounts — even with different details — is prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts linked to the same holder, with available balances frozen.

3.2 Account Security

Users are responsible for keeping their login password confidential. 8888pg recommends using passwords with at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately via live chat.

3.3 Accurate Information

The user confirms that all information provided during registration is truthful, complete, and up to date. Providing false data — including name, CPF, date of birth, or address — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of available balances, without prejudice to potential civil and criminal liability.

3.4 Account Transfer

8888pg accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, assigning, renting, or transferring account access to third parties is strictly prohibited. Any indication of shared account use may result in account closure.

8888pg accepts the following deposit methods available to users in Brazil:

• Pix — any bank (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and other Pix-enabled institutions). Instant processing, available 24 hours a day;
• Bank slip (Boleto) — processing time of up to 2 business days after payment;
• Credit or debit card (Visa and Mastercard) — subject to approval by the card issuer;
• TED Transfer — processed during banking hours on business days.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum deposit limit set by the platform, but deposits above R$ 10,000.00 may require proof of funds in accordance with anti-money laundering legislation (Law No. 9.613/1998).

Deposited funds are available in your account balance immediately after confirmation by the payment system. 8888pg does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the user's bank or financial institution are the sole responsibility of the account holder.

8888pg does not accept third-party deposits. All deposits must be made by the account holder using payment methods in their own name. Deposits identified as coming from third parties will be reversed and may result in account closure.

Withdrawals of winnings at 8888pg are available exclusively via Pix to the key registered in the account holder's name. The processing time is up to 5 minutes after confirmation, available 7 days a week, including holidays and weekends.

5.1 Withdrawal Requirements

• Full identity verification (KYC) for withdrawals above R$ 2,000.00;
• The Pix key on file must be registered in the name of the 8888pg account holder — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted;
• Minimum withdrawal balance: R$ 20.00;
• Any active bonuses must have their wagering requirements met before withdrawing the corresponding bonus amount.

5.2 Taxes

Winnings on 8888pg may be subject to taxation under applicable Brazilian law. Starting in 2026, with the regulation of the Brazilian betting market, income tax withholding on net winnings may apply as determined by the Receita Federal. 8888pg will keep users informed of any applicable tax obligations as regulations are implemented. It is the user's responsibility to declare their winnings to the Receita Federal in accordance with current rules.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

The standard withdrawal limit is R$ 50,000.00 per day. Users at the Platinum and Diamond VIP levels may request higher limits by arrangement with their dedicated account manager. Withdrawals exceeding R$ 20,000.00 in a single transaction may require additional validation by the security team.

8888pg offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback, and special offers for sporting events such as Brasileirão matches, UFC, and Copa do Brasil. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on each offer's page, in addition to the general rules below:

• Wagering requirement (rollover): every bonus granted has a minimum wagering requirement that must be met before the corresponding amount can be withdrawn. The requirement is always clearly stated before the bonus is activated;
• Validity period: unused bonuses, or those whose wagering requirement is not met within the set timeframe, are automatically canceled;
• Eligible games: not all games contribute equally toward meeting the wagering requirement. Sports Betting and slots generally contribute 100%; table games such as blackjack and roulette may contribute at a lower percentage, as specified in the promotion;
• One bonus at a time: users may only have one active bonus at a time, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion;
• Personal use: bonuses are personal and non-transferable. Coordinated use or promotion abuse will result in immediate cancellation and possible account closure.

8888pg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time, with advance notice whenever possible. In the event of errors or inconsistencies in how a promotion was communicated, the corrected version published on the platform takes precedence.

The Sports Betting section of 8888pg covers Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, UFC, NBB, Superliga de Vôlei, CBLOL, and dozens of other national and international competitions. The following rules apply:

7.1 Placing Bets

Bets are valid only after the on-screen confirmation showing the ticket ID is displayed. 8888pg reserves the right to refuse or void bets in the event of technical errors, incorrect odds caused by a system failure, or bets that exceed established maximum limits.

7.2 Event Cancellation

If an event is canceled, postponed, or suspended before its normal conclusion (as defined by the specific rules of each sport), bets will be refunded to the account balance. Events that have started but not been completed are governed by the sport-specific rules published on the platform.

7.3 Cash Out

The cash out feature lets you settle a bet before the final result. The cash out amount is calculated in real time based on live odds. 8888pg does not guarantee that cash out will always be available for every market — the feature may be temporarily suspended during periods of high event volatility.

7.4 Accumulator Bets

Accumulator bets (multiples) allow you to select up to 10 events. The final odds are the product of the individual odds. If an event in an accumulator is canceled, the bet is recalculated without that selection.

8888pg offers online casino games including slots, live blackjack, roulette, baccarat, crash games, and more. The following conditions apply:

8.1 RTP and House Edge

The RTP (Return to Player) for each slot and the house edge for each table game are displayed on the game page before any bet is placed. 8888pg does not manipulate outcomes — all games use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent laboratories, or are streamed live with real dealers in supervised studios.

8.2 Malfunction

If a technical failure occurs during a game — dropped connection, server error, or live casino stream interruption — the bet in progress may be canceled and the wagered amount returned to your balance. 8888pg is not responsible for losses resulting from connection issues on the user's end.

8.3 Crash Games

Crash games like Aviator use multipliers determined by a provably fair algorithm. Users can verify the fairness of each round through the hash published before it begins. There is no guaranteed winning strategy — these games are entertainment and involve real financial risk.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 8888pg platform:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool that interferes with the normal operation of the platform;
• Any form of collusion between users to gain an unfair advantage in bets or games;
• Use of the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity;
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification;
• Systematic abuse of promotions, including the use of multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses;
• Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward support team members;
• Sharing account access with third parties or using the account on behalf of another person.

Violating any of these rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent account closure, cancellation of balances derived from irregular activity, and reporting to the relevant authorities where applicable.

8888pg is committed to keeping the platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a monthly uptime target of 99.5%. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 2 hours in advance. Unplanned outages will be treated as the highest priority.

8888pg is not liable for losses arising from:

• Betting decisions made by the user based on their own analysis;
• Internet connection issues on the user's end;
• Unauthorized use of the account by third parties when access was facilitated by the user themselves;
• Force majeure, unforeseeable events, or circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control.

Complaints related to financial transactions, bet outcomes, or game performance must be submitted to support within 30 days of the event in question. Complaints submitted after this period may not be processed.

8888pg processes users' personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018). Data collected during registration and platform use is used exclusively for:

• User identification and authentication;
• Processing of deposits and withdrawals;
• Fraud prevention and anti-money laundering;
• Communications about your account, promotions, and platform updates (with an opt-out option);
• Fulfillment of legal and regulatory obligations.

• Betting Limits per session or per period;
• Full history of all bets, deposits, and withdrawals with full amounts;
• Temporary self-exclusion — a pause of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days;
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanent account closure with new registration blocked.

8888pg does not accept bets from users under self-exclusion. If you attempt to create a new account during an active exclusion period, access will be denied.

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;

• Use of multiple accounts;
• Confirmation that the user is under 18;
• At the user's own request;
• Order from a competent judicial or regulatory authority.

In cases of closure due to a violation, balances derived from irregular activity may be canceled. Balances from legitimate deposits not affected by the violation will be returned to the user after review, minus any outstanding amounts. The user will be notified of the closure and, where applicable, will have a period to submit a dispute to support.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting support via live chat or at suporte@8888pg.best. Once confirmed, any available balance will be returned via Pix within up to 5 business days.

8888pg may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes that affect users' rights and obligations will be communicated at least 7 days in advance by:

• Email sent to the address registered on the account;
• A prominent notice in the account dashboard upon next login;
• Publication on the Terms and Conditions page with the effective date indicated.

The current version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update shown in the header. We recommend revisiting this page periodically. Continued use after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from this agreement will preferably be resolved amicably through 8888pg's support channel.

If an amicable resolution is not possible, the parties elect the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, as the competent jurisdiction to resolve any disputes, expressly waiving any other venue, however privileged.

The relationship between 8888pg and its users is governed by the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990), the Marco Civil da Internet (Law No. 12.965/2014), the LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018), and applicable Brazilian gaming legislation.
